What makes our products unique is the fact that they are handcrafted by artisans from across the globe. And like all handcrafted products, the beauty of our products lie in the little imperfections. We urge you to not look at them as defects. Our products are pure works of art and they stay true to this in every manner, and are not to be considered as objects of utility.

Please read our return and exchange policies before you order or return any item. All returns are subject to the discretion of Weddings and Marigolds.

Weddings and Marigolds only accepts returns if products are damaged in transit or if they carry a manufacturing defect.

When you request a return, we will send you a Return Authorization Number. Please use this number in all further documents. We do not accept returns without prior authorization.

Return of goods is not applicable to custom made orders or any product which is mentioned as non-returnable in the website.

Returns must initiated within ten (10) days of purchase (post marked).

The sales receipt from the initial purchase must be enclosed with the item that is to be returned.

In the event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the product along with the product code within 24 hours of receiving the product. Post which, we will issue a return code. Products should be returned/shipped with the return code issued by us within the next 48 hours.

We request you not to accept the goods if they are delivered unsealed or if the seal is broken at the time of delivery, as this reason will not be applicable for return of goods.

The goods returned must be unused and returned with their original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any further loss or damage during transit.

Please use a reliable, courier service to return the item and send us the shipping details by email. Please insure the product for transit.

After we receive the returned product, our quality team will perform a quality check to examine the damages. This is subject to your returns having met all of the above criteria. We will then ship to you the replacement product within seven working days. Replacement is subject to availability of stock.

As our goods are handmade, they are available only in small quantities and exact replacements may not be possible. If you are not happy with any of the available items for exchange, a refund will be considered. Refunds will be initiated only after we recieve the returned goods.

Management reserves the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice.
